Alyssa Nielsen, owner and founder of As You Wish Princess is the real deal. She has been performing professionally since the tender age of 11 and has built an impressive performance resume that includes such highlights as performing for sports legend Muhammad Ali and even the Royal Family of Malaysia.

She is a successful Country Music recording artist with two CD's to her credit, nominations for British Columbia Country Music Association Best new Artist, Best Single and Best Female Vocalist, and had a Top Ten Canadian Country Music hit single!  She also founded the first local princess party company based in the lower mainland, and is pleased to say she blazed the trail.

Alyssa prides herself on the quality of her singing and characterization, and those of the performers she has welcomed to her dream team. Vocal performance, character integrity and a loving heart are an absolute must! Alyssa is also a seasoned actor becoming a full member of ACTRA at age 16, appearing in a Disney Sunday movie (Hero in the Family 1986), a Feature film (Cats and Dogs 2001) as well as locally filmed Televison series such as 21 Jump Street (Johnny Depp), The adventures of the Black Stallion(Mickey Rooney), and Big Sound(David Steinberg/Greg Evigen) to name just a few.

The talent of the As You Wish team is surpassed only by their loving hearts. Volunteering for ten major charitable organizations such as Make a Wish Foundation, Dreams Take Flight, BC Children's Hospital Miracle Weekend and the Canucks Autism Network, they bring joy to Children and families year round.
